As her career progressed, Johanna expanded her knowledge by obtaining the 2-20 Property and Casualty Insurance License, as well as a degree in mortgage financing, which allowed her to develop a more comprehensive approach. However, her passion for financing led her to specialize exclusively in this area, dedicating herself fully to helping her clients and other real estate agents secure the best mortgage financing options.
